| Public meetings and reports The Housing Commission, a public agency, publishes a variety of reports and housing/community development plans. Additionally, the Commission's general meetings are open to the public. As shown below, some documents are available online, while others may be obtained through the Housing Commission's public records coordinator. Public

on upcoming meetings (such as agendas, meetings and reports), as well as agency and
community plans:
Fair Housing Workshops & Survey In accordance with
the California Public Records Act and federal Freedom of Information Act,
the San Diego Housing Commission offers the community the opportunity
to review public records upon request. We provide Housing Commission public records
only. We do not create documents in response to information requests.

PublicRecordsRequest@sdhc.org. Broader Uses of Funds Initiatives Proposal As an eligible Moving to
Work (MTW) agency
authorized to utilize the broader uses of funding flexibility, the SDHC
completed an amendment to their MTW Agreement. The following initiatives
are proposed: Leasing of additional Housing Choice Vouchers beyond the
HUD-allocated baseline and Development of additional affordable housing
units in the City of San Diego. The proposed amendment to incorporate
these initiatives into the SDHC’s Moving to Work Fiscal Year 2010 Plan
is available for review and comment

Comments must be submitted by December 3,
2009 to be considered by staff and decision-making authorities in their
final review of the proposed amendments. Please send your written
