SDHC Highlights

<span>Project 25 – First Year Success Stories</span><br>SDHC provided 25 federal housing vouchers to move chronically homeless individuals into long-term housing. The public/private partnership headed by United Way of San Diego County has had a dramatic impact. Watch Video 04.10.12

<span> Park Terramar Apts – Grand Opening</span><br>SDHC partnered with Chelsea Investment Corporation to build Park Terramar, a 21-unit affordable apartment complex located in Torrey Highlands. It provides rental housing for low- and very low-income families in one of the region’s newest master-planned communities.Watch Video. 04.02.12

<span>Preserving Senior Housing – Sorrento Tower Apts</span><br>Sorrento Tower, a 198-unit apartment building in Clairemont, preserves affordable housing for low-income seniors for an additional 55 years under bond financing secured by the San Diego Housing Commission. Watch Video. 03.22.12

<span>Storage Check-In for Homeless – Donate Now </span><br>Homeless San Diegans living on the streets of downtown San Diego will continue to have a place to store their belongings while they look for work or use public transportation to connect with social services.03.05.12

2011 Online Annual Report & YouTube Release

We’re proud to announce the release of our 2011 Annual Report & Portfolio.

Published in an electronic, multimedia format, the report reflects the hard work, excellence and commitment of our entire team.

The on-line publication features video stories about SDHC's programs and successes, plus Google maps of our properties and click-ready documents. The 50-page report was produced in-house by our award-winning Community Relations & Communications Department.

Also debuting is our own YouTube Channel that profiles the many San Diegans whose lives have been uplifted by our programs.
